🎉PRESENTING THE NEW, FULLY CLOTHED HALAL BENNY🎉 - ☝🏽Don’t get too used to it folks, I’ve only taken this wild and drastic measure to ensure I’m able to get this important message out to those that need to hear it👂🏼 I’ve ditched my own training program and even my OCD instagram grid 😅 it’s that big of a deal. - 🍛🍶🍲🥤Trying to eat and drink all your calories and fluids in 2 meals is not healthy or productive, I don’t care what traditions say 🚫 It also leaves you no space for hydrated exercise 🏋🏻‍♂️ - 📅 I’ve come up with my own schedule for fasting during Ramadan that I think could be a game changer 💪🏽 (though doubt I’m not the first to try it like this) note: I’m STILL TRYING IT OUT MYSELF - It couldn’t be simpler: Break fast Pray / meditate Sleep Hydrate Train Pray / meditate Fast Repeat - 📲Check out my story to see it in action! 4️⃣ SIMPLE STEPS TO REDUCE STRESS 😌 - These can apply to any meal, but are most important after a strenuous training session 🏋🏻‍♂️ 1) Take your time ⏱ 2) 💨 Breathe calmly through your stomach and not your shoulders 3) Google ‘High Magnesium Foods’ and if you rarely touch any of these things you may need to consider 🧐 a) fixing your diet & b) supplementation 💊 4) Eat in a relaxing environment 🏖 Familiarity & company 👥subconsciously tell your body you are safe which lowers your stress levels - see the previous video for the problems involved with eating stressed!
